  I am a qualified Home Inspector, trained by Home Inspector Training in Manchester, and as such I am qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates which are mandatory in Home Information Packs, Home Condition Reports and Rental Energy Performance Certificates.     

Being based in Lymm, Cheshire means I am able to easily cover much of Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool and Wigan. This gives me the advantage of a quick response to any instructions I am given and thus helping to ensure the speedy production of the Home Information Pack.
